MapLeads turns a map search into a spreadsheet. Say what kind of business you want and roughly where, and it pulls every match with phone numbers, websites, emails and social profiles — work you would otherwise do a tab at a time.
MapLeads is a cloud-based scraper and enrichment platform that turns maps listings into structured lead lists. You enter a business type and location, and it pulls every matching listing from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Bing Maps — no result caps on any source. It then enriches each listing with verified emails, social profiles, ratings, review counts, opening hours, GPS coordinates, Plus codes, and Place IDs, and exports the data as CSV, Excel, or JSON. The product is built and operated by MapLeads, with no code or proxy setup required.
Search Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing Maps from one dashboard — one search form and one set of export columns, whichever source you pick.
Business name, address, phone numbers, emails, website, category, rating, review count, opening hours, social profiles, GPS coordinates, Plus code, Place ID, price level, claimed status, and maps source URL.
MapLeads visits each business's own website and adds verified emails and social profiles without a separate enrichment tool.
Narrow results by rating threshold, category, and whether a lead has an email, phone, website, or socials before exporting.
No cap on results; page through every listing for any category and place, including entire countries.
A typed REST API and SDK allow automating the lead pipeline end-to-end, including selecting which maps source to query.
Download clean CSV, Excel, or JSON ready for CRM or outreach tools.
MapLeads grew out of BillionVerify, an email verification service that has checked over a billion addresses across 200+ countries. Customers kept asking the same question — where do I find the addresses in the first place? MapLeads is our answer.
Every email address MapLeads extracts runs through BillionVerify's verification before it reaches your table, so a deliverable address and a dead one are not sitting side by side looking identical.
That verification costs nothing here. It is not an add-on, a credit type or a higher tier — it is simply part of what a MapLeads search returns. Verifying the same list anywhere else is a separate bill.
Build targeted prospect lists for every client niche and city, then cross-check against a second maps source before delivery.
Fill the pipeline with local businesses not found on LinkedIn, sourced from whichever maps source has best coverage.
Audit competitive landscape on maps and listings at scale across Google, Apple, and Bing.
Source companies and contacts by industry and geography without being limited to a single maps index.
Pull all coffee shops in Chicago with email addresses and ratings to assess the competitive landscape.
Create a list of plumbers in Texas with verified emails and social profiles for a cold email campaign.
Run the same query on Apple Maps and Bing Maps to find businesses missing from Google Maps before sending a list.
Export enriched leads as CSV and import directly into a CRM without parsing.
MapLeads runs each search as a managed cloud job. You enter a business type and location, choose a maps source, and MapLeads extracts every matching listing, enriches it with emails and social profiles from each business's website, and delivers a clean CSV, Excel, or JSON export. There are no proxies to rotate, no CAPTCHAs to solve, and no local scripts to run.
Every listing MapLeads returns is one a person could have found on Google, Bing or Apple Maps themselves — business name, address, phone, category, rating. We read it faster and hand it back as a table, and enrichment only ever reads the business's own public website.
Credits are reserved when a search starts and reconciled when it ends: a search that fails refunds in full, and a search that finds fewer businesses than it reserved gives the difference back. There is no charge for a search that returns nothing.
There is no support tier and no ticket queue to escalate through. Messages sent from the contact page reach the people who build this, and most get an answer the same working day.
MapLeads is a paid service with three monthly plans:
All plans include email and social enrichment, API keys, webhooks, and CSV/Excel/JSON export. Annual billing is offered at a 20% discount.
A 3-day trial is available, but a plan and payment method are required to begin it.
See the full pricing table“the place ID, used to uniquely identify a place, is exempt from the caching restrictions.”
Read that the other way round and you have the reason MapLeads exists: the identifier is yours to keep, the business behind it is not. Anything built directly on the official API has to delete the useful part on a schedule, which is no way to hold a prospect list. We run our own extraction so the export is a file you own.
MapLeads enriches each listing by visiting the business's own website to find verified emails and social profiles, so you get contact data beyond what maps display.
Yes. MapLeads searches all three maps sources from one dashboard, and every source exports the same columns in the same format — so combining two sources into one list is a spreadsheet match on domain or phone rather than a separate data project.
