Local leads LinkedIn never shows you
SDR and AE teams use MapLeads to turn a city and a category into a clean lead list — names, phones, verified emails, and websites — without buying a stale database or babysitting a scraper.
Territory lists
Build a territory in minutes, not a week of copy-paste
Pick a business type and a city, region, or whole country. MapLeads pulls every matching listing from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Bing Maps — not just the first screen of results.
Filter before you export: rating thresholds, must-have email or phone, website present. What lands in the CSV is already closer to a call list than a raw maps dump.

Enrichment
Verified emails on every plan — not a second tool
A maps listing alone is not a lead. MapLeads visits each business's own site and adds a verified email and social profiles automatically, on every search.
One credit is one complete record. No per-field surcharges for contact data after you already paid for the scrape.
Export
Drop straight into Instantly, HubSpot, or your dialer
Export CSV, Excel, or JSON with columns your sequencer already understands. Re-run the same search next quarter when the territory needs a refresh — live search, not a file that aged out in a shared drive.

Workflow
From search to first dials
Search
Category + geography on Google, Apple, or Bing Maps. No result caps, no proxy setup.
Filter & enrich
Keep rows with email or mobile; verified contacts come with every plan.
Export & sequence
CSV or JSON into your CRM or outbound tool the same day the job finishes.
The usual detour
Exporting the whole city
What usually happens
The instinct is to pull every contractor in the metro and sort it out in the CRM. Two days later half the rows have no email and no direct line, and the rep is back on Google filling gaps by hand.
Do this instead
Put the presence filters on before you spend anything. Browsing and counting are free, so you can see that 574 of 855 have a website — and only unlock the rows you were going to work anyway.
Questions from SDR and AE teams
Do I have to sit and wait for a search to finish?
No. A search is a managed cloud job, not something running in your browser — start it, close the tab, and a webhook fires at your endpoint when it is done. You can cancel it mid-run if you change your mind about the scope.
Can I push these leads straight into my CRM or sequencer?
Export as CSV, Excel or JSON and every column is already named and typed, so an import into HubSpot, Instantly or a dialer is a mapping step rather than a cleanup project. Everything in the dashboard is also in the REST API — 24 operations covering searches, leads, exports and webhooks — if you would rather the list arrive without anyone downloading anything.
Are the email addresses verified, or just scraped?
Verified before they reach your table, and labelled with the verdict: deliverable, role-based, catch-all, or dead. None are discarded — info@ is the only door a lot of small local businesses have — but you can see which is which and decide what your sequence touches.
Am I allowed to cold email these businesses?
The listing data is public and the addresses come from the businesses' own websites, but that is not the same as permission to send anything you like. US commercial email has to meet the CAN-SPAM Act's rules on honest headers, identification and a working opt-out, and the EU treats a named person at a company as personal data. Get those right and the list is the easy part.
What happens when the list goes stale?
Businesses move, close and change numbers whether or not you re-pull them. When our copy of a business you already own picks up newer details, that lead is flagged so you can pull the update in — you are not stuck with whatever the row looked like the day you unlocked it, and you do not pay for it twice.
“Keep spam rates reported in Postmaster Tools below 0.3%.”
The number a sequence actually lives or dies on, set by the mailbox provider rather than by anyone selling you a list. It is also why a list is worth filtering before it is worth sending: every dead address you mail is a complaint waiting to be counted against that 0.3%. MapLeads labels each address deliverable, role-based, catch-all or dead so the filtering happens before the send, not after.
